"Forever"

And finally, the day came.

He had gotten off the airplane, anxious to get on the ground once more, having a deep fear of flying. He felt slightly dizzy, and uneased trying to walk on his own two feet again, having been on a plane for the past couple hours. Sure, he did switch flights once before, but it was still uncomfortable. At last though, he could relax, on solid ground once more.

As soon as he regained his composure, he seemed to be glancing around curiously. He almost seemed as though he was looking for someone. His eyes darted about, the blue glistening and reflecting the light in different ways because of the rapid movements. He sighed with a slight exasperation, and looked around him once more.

Within a few seconds, he began walking a little ways to grab his luggage from the circling conveyer belt. He looked around, and sighed again, and shuffled his arms around, trying to grip his luggage properly. Upon gripping them tight enough, he looked toward the exit of the airport, and sighed once more.

He hadn't wanted his arrival to be like this. He had things planned out before, that seemed so much more relaxing... But this, he was alone. He had just arrived in another city that he didn't know anything about, and unlike his dreams, she wasn't here to greet him... He just had to manage on his own.

He struggled to drag his luggage along with him, out the door, nearly bumping into numerous people and trying to weave his way in and around others to escape the horrid building. Once he finally exited the airport, he set down his luggage on the curb around his feet, and waved down a taxi. It didn't take long before they had stopped down beside the drive, and he opened the back door, attempting to jam all his luggage in the back seat... He sighed again, looking behind him just to see if she was there, just in case... He realized she wasn't, and set the last suitcase in the back seat, before closing the door, and opening the passenger's door in the front, and sliding in...

He had muttered something to the cab driver, and leaned his arm up against the window, and propped his head in his palm, sighing again... The driver didn't notice though, he most likely was only interested in the pay he'd receive for the travel fare... He looked out the window, at an unfamiliar sky, and sighed again... It was as though he knew she was there, but it didn't matter. Things had changed since his dreams, and all he had now was the plans of attending school there... He was still alone.
