A sudden roaring of an alarm clock jolted him awake, and he shot straight up out of bed, rushing to the clock to shut it off. "God, I hate that thing..." He really did. It wasn't that he hated waking up, he just hated how loud and obnoxious it sounded. "Okay, I'm getting a better fucking alarm clock soon." Profane words escaped his mouth only because he -really- hated that alarm. But oh well, he was up... and he knew exactly what that meant.
He sighed, and shuffled out of bed slowly, almost hesitanntly. He stood up straight, and yawned, stretching for a moment, before looking around his room. He glanced at his alarm clock, and saw the time. He sighed once more, and placed his palm up against his forehead... He turned away from the clock, and removed his hand from his head, and reached out for the doorknob. Turning it, and pulling back, he opened the door and walked out into the hallway, having to cover his eyes...
"Bright." Of course, everyone was awake already, and preparing for work. He was a little bit late on the rush to get out of the house or something, but he didn't really care. He headed down for the kitchen and opened the refridgerator, grabbing his unopened bottle of Cheerwine, and a pack of his favorite Lunchables. He stuffed them both into the bag on the table, before zipping it shut. All he needed really, he could buy extra snacks there at work.
He sighed, and walked back to his room, and once closing the door, he locked it behind him. Shuffling through his various drawers, he opened the second one on his main dresser, and picked out his outfit again. He quickly removed his sleep attire, and slid into his black jeans, then put his arms through the sleeves of his white button-up shirt, before pulling it over his head and behind him, and buttoning it up. He had an unusual way of putting on that shirt, but it worked pretty quickly... He slipped the blue vest over it, and grabbed his nametag from his desk, and clipped it on.
He glanced once more over at the clock, and sighed again; He had slept in, so he had to hurry it up. Luckily, he was fast at getting ready, regardless of how much time he really had. "Meh..." He unlocked the door, and snagged his wallet from on top of his dresser on the way out. Walking down the hallway back to the kitchen, he stuffed his wallet in his back pocket, then quickly reached for the lunch-bag on the counter, and turned to the front door.
He looked up beside him, and grabbed his keys. He rubbed at his eyes, still not entirely awake, and yawned. He walked forward, pulling on the door (as it didn't latch, he could just pull it open and closed without turning the knob), and pushing the screen door open, pulling the first door shut behind him. He shuffled his lunch-bag onto his shoulder, and locked the door, then turned, and looked out into the daylight. Another morning, going to work...
